That's the cause of the icy iris and the insane swirly doilies.
This is one of the manipulations I did during my little dry spell. I hated it, left it, came back, and suddenly didn't hate it as much. So I thought I'd post it.
Again, I have no idea who owns the sparkle brush, but it's not mine.
Oh, and in case I don't post another manipulation....
