Inspiration for this week's manipulation.

No, it's not the big project. I'm still working on it. But give me a break, I've been sick for three weeks.
What I'd give for a decent antibiotic.

Anyways, I hope you guys like this. It's a fifteen minute manipulation so it's nothing special but it's something.
And hopefully I'll feel good enough to get better stuff out to you guys next week.
