An eye inspired by the character Axel of the Kingdom Hearts games.
Sorry to say I don't think his marking came out as great as the markings did on her Horus Request. Normally I can mark the skin, or give the appearance of tattoos readily easily.
For some reason GIMP isn't liking purple. :p
